This 600-capacity hotspot has an elevated and contemporary design. The project included a ground-floor cafe bar, two cocktail bars, two restaurants, a third-floor terrace as well as a highly sought-after rooftop terrace.

Ohana is Ireland's first tiki bar taking the theme of a 1930's American rum bar. Located in the basement of a Georgian building on Dublin’s busy Harcourt Street, Ohana is far from understated.

The original layout was completely gutted and renovated. The basement was transformed into four rooms. With seating for 100 and capacity for 200, Ohana stands out from the crowd.

Aside from the demolishment and renovation works that were carried out, mechanical, electrical and full fire protection works were also completed.

This glamourous home is an interior design masterpiece. Images of the home have featured in leading magazines such as Architectural Digest, House and Home and The Observer Magazine.

Historically a pharmacy, BHA transformed this two-story building into a contemporary, mod-style bar. The unique finishes in this venue have helped to build this bar's reputation as a leading destination for Dublin bar hoppers.

The Temple Bar Inn was a project that included a full refurbishment of the existing premises.

What were once ESB offices located within the busy Temple Bar area, BHA carried out the demolition of the existing offices followed by refurbishment and fit-out of 155 bedrooms. This included the addition of bedrooms, restaurant and reception area spread over 4 stories, including a basement. The bedrooms are a compilation of luxury twin, double, triple and quadruple rooms.

BHA installed 3 new lifts and refurbished the staircase, which leads down to the basement. The basement contains the large reception area, luggage storage and a large lounge area. The basement also contains a breakfast area and a private outdoor area that can be accessed by guests. BHA also completed all mechanical and electrical services throughout.

With decor inspired by New York's renowned Meatpacking district, this 950-capacity, multi-purpose hospitality venue serves as a restaurant, a nightclub, a live music venue, a conference centre and a bar.

BHA carried out the complete redevelopment of Henry’s Bar. The internal of the 8,500 square foot space was refurbished and redeveloped to create a popular and authentic Bavarian styled German beer hall and bar.

Following the projects success, BHA was selected to carry out a number of further projects for the client .

The works began with the demolition of the existing bar, lounge, and toilets. BHA replaced the old bars with a new main bar plus an additional cocktail bar. Reconfiguration works and fit-outs were carried out for the new toilets and restrooms.

Various snug areas were created and placed throughout, with new custom made parquet flooring laid also. The existing stairs were removed and a new floor level mezzanine was placed for the DJ. High spec finishes were applied to additional walls and floors.

The gym's modern design incorporated sleek lines and vibrant colors to create an energizing atmosphere for members. State-of-the-art equipment was carefully selected to cater to a wide range of fitness enthusiasts, from beginners to seasoned athletes. The spacious free weights section provided ample room for strength training, while the cardio machines offered a variety of options for cardio workouts.

The spinning rooms were equipped with the latest technology to enhance the indoor cycling experience, and the boxing area featured high-quality punching bags and training gear. The toilets and changing rooms were designed with convenience and comfort in mind.
